2025 was a year of changing moments for me. Most noticeably, I became a dad. Life-changing moments. And obviously, I’m going to fewer gigs for the foreseeable future and, of course, less time for music digging. ​ Rakkan kindly asked me for some takeaways from this year, but as you can imagine, I haven’t listened to a lot of new music and gone to many gigs, so instead I am writing about what I am looking for in 2026, and 10 bands I am looking forward to listening to new music
